At Future Face LTD, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of consumable supplements and skincare, we have specific return and refund guidelines to ensure product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund for your first order of that product within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- The product must be unused and unopened, with original packaging intact
- Proof of purchase is required
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except where required by law or if damaged/incorrect:
- Opened or used supplements or skincare products
- Products with broken seals not caused by shipping damage
- Promotional or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect:
- Contact us at hello@future-face.ca within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
Once verified, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.
Return shipping will not be required unless otherwise requested.
Subscription Orders & Cancellations
Subscription orders are processed automatically.
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel or modify your subscription at least 72 hours before your next scheduled shipment date.
- Changes made after this cutoff may apply to the following billing cycle
- Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled
- Refunds for shipped subscription orders follow the same eligibility rules outlined in this policy
Subscriptions can be managed through your account dashboard at any time prior to the cutoff window.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
- Banks and credit card issuers may take additional time to post funds
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
- If tracking shows “delivered” but the package was not received, please contact the carrier first
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned due to refusal or incorrect address may be refunded minus original shipping costs, once received and inspected.
Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account restrictions. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly when contacted directly.
